The project is a follow-up to the former project entitled Models of Co-Financing Social Security Services Provided by NGOs. The findings pertaining to Ljubljana will be compared with good practices in the EU member states. We will compare various NGO financing models, examine the methods that are used to establish users' needs for social services and the methods of setting up quality criteria. The project includes two workshops on the financing methods and quality of services.
