The Teachers’ Performance Standards

Teacher training
For many countries, even the developed ones, teacher training is considered one of the ongoing challenges. This problem is even more evident in the countries of transition, where Albania is included. Two day training for the Albanian Staff Centre was conducted with this project together with experts from the CEPS. Main objectives are developing professional pre-service teacher’s standards, developing professional in-service teacher training standards at all levels and to cluster teacher’s professional standards.
