Janez Štebe, PhD
A long-time head of the Slovenian Social Science Data Archives (Arhiv družboslovnih podatkov – ADP) and a senior researcher. He lectures various social science methods classes with the emphasis on multimethod approach. He collaborates in national and international research projects dealing with the planning and development of social science research infrastructure (e.g. FP7 projects SERSCIDA, national project OPEN DATA). He also publishes scientific articles on gender role, values, employee commitment and strategic orientation of an organization in human resources management.
The project focuses on fathers in precarious forms of employment and fathers at managerial positions at the point of work-life balance, and addresses employers with implementation of ‘fathers-friendly’ measures...
The monograph tackles problematic relations between the labour market and fatherhood.
