Project coordinator at Association of free trade unions of Slovenia, where she participates in the projects on equal opportunities area. Before this position, she worked in various companies in the private sector, where she mainly worked in the field of HR. The topic of equal opportunities and gender equality has been a field of her interest during her studies of sociology at the Faculty of Social Studies.
