Invitation to »The Future and Challenges of European Democracy« event

As part of the Parliament for the Future of Europe project and in the run-up to the European elections, we invite you to join us for a full-day event to discuss the future and challenges of European democracy.
The event will take place on Thursday, 14 March between 10am and 5pm at The Association of Free Trade Unions of Slovenia (Dalmatinova ulica 4, Ljubljana, 6th floor).
The debate will focus on populism, the role of civil society and the mobilisation of different social groups in decision-making processes. We will focus on proposals on European democracy that emerged from public assembly, the Conference on the Future of Europe. The aim of the event is to examine the proposals and to rewrite them in a way that makes them more inclusive for different under-represented groups in society.
Registration to the event is mandatory and places are limited.
