Video lecture and debate: ‘Europe – Still a Continent of Immigration?’

On 2 September 2021, dr. Veronika Bajt, a researcher at the Peace Institute, participated in a public debate entitled “Europe – Still a Continent of Immigration?” In a conversation with prof. dr. Volker M. Heins, author of the book “Offene Grenzen für alle” (Open Borders for All), from the Institute for Cultural Studies in Essen, led by Igor E. Bergant, dr. Bajt addressed current issues of nationalism, migration and integration in European societies. The event was co-organized by the Goethe Institute from Ljubljana, the German Embassy in Ljubljana and the City Museum of Ljubljana, as part of the exhibition Europe – the Heritage of Humanists.
