Paper on the precarious work in caring professions

The FDV publishing house published the collection (Un)decent work: Precarization of standard and non-standard employment in Slovenia (edited by Miroslav Stanojević and Sašo Furlan), which thematizes the decline of secure employment standards and social protection mechanisms and the political and economic peripheralization of Slovenia within the European economic political space. The book contains two contributions by Peace Institute researcher Majda Hrženjak, namely ‘Care and help at home between the state, market and family’ and ‘Precarization of work in standard jobs: the case of nursing’.
